摘要

•Thirty-one KCS genes related to wax synthesis were identified in Allium fistulosum.•The AfKCS gene family was divided into 9 subfamilies.•Analysis results of gene expression patterns showed that 8 AfKCS genes were involved in responding to different abiotic stresses.
