摘要
Coronary revascularisation is indicated for patients with severe coronary artery disease (CAD). However, asymptomatic and heavily comorbid patients with severe CAD often receive medical management. Limited data on their outcomes are available. This retrospective cohort study examines outcomes in patients with severe CAD deemed inappropriate for surgical revascularisation and managed with medical therapy in a Victorian quaternary centre.
