Minimally invasive coronary bypass grafting: Techniques and outcomes
CIRUGIA CARDIOVASCULAR(2023)
摘要
Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) has shown an undeniable clinical benefit in patients with mul-tivessel and/or left main coronary artery disease. Nevertheless, the less invasive nature of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has led many patients and cardiologists to consider this revascularization modality as a more attractive treatment.Minimally invasive CABG, with or without thoracoscopic or robotic assistance, arose as an alterna-tive surgical revascularization with the aim of offering a less invasive procedure while maintaining the prognostic clinical benefit over PCI.In this review, we describe the different existing techniques in minimally invasive CABG, indications and patient selection, as well as short and long-term outcomes.& COPY; 2022 Published by Elsevier Espan & SIM;a, S.L.U. on behalf of Sociedad Espan & SIM;ola de Cirugi & PRIME;a Cardiovascular y Endovascular.
