Recell in Post-Traumatic Cases: Preliminary Results.
Journal of plastic, reconstructive & aesthetic surgery(2020)
摘要
The generalization of skin grafting in clinical practice has improved the management of patients who experience trauma resulting in significant tissue loss. Skin grafting is currently considered the gold standard in the management of these cases.1 However, there are limits to this technique, particularly in cases of severe trauma. The amount of skin that can be harvested is limited, and a previously healthy body part is damaged in the process. In addition, grafting is a painful post-operative procedure, especially during bandaging, and patients may have difficulty enduring grafting over a large surface.
