Abstract
In article number 1900301, Sanghan Lee and co-workers report a multi-heterojunction MoS2/WS2/WSe2 thin film catalyst which improves photogenerated electron transfer from photocathode to the electrolyte for effective photoelectrochemical hydrogen evolution. The designed MoS2/WS2/WSe2 thin film is uniformly deposited on centimeter-scale silicon photocathode through a direct in situ growth process.
