Synthesis,Characterization and Thermodecomposition Kinetics of Er(III)Complex with Salicylidene L-Tyrosine

A new Schiff base complex of the composition [ErL(H_2O)_2]NO_3·C_2H_5OH was synthesized and characterized by elementary analysis,IR,UV and molar conductance analysis.The thermodecomposition kinetics of the complex for the third stage and fourth stage was studied under non-isothermal condition by TG and DTG methods.The kinetic equations may be expressed as:dα/dt=A·e~-E/RT·3/2(1-α)~4/3[1/(1-α)~1/3-1]~-1.The kinetic parameters(E,A),activation entropy △S≠ and activation free-energy △G≠ were also gaind.
