Abstract
心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)是影响全球 5 亿成年人的主要健康问题,尽管CVD的诊断和治疗策略已经有了相当大的改进,但CVD的患者和费用仍在增长.炎症在CVD的发生和发展过程中发挥着重要作用.由于血液学炎症指标具有价格低廉、容易获得,广泛可用等优点.将对多种免疫炎症指标包括白细胞计数(white blood cell,WBC)及其亚型、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(platelet to lymphocyte ratio,PLR)、单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(lymphocyte to monocyte ratio,LMR)、全身免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index,SII)、系统炎症反应指数(system inflammation response index,SIRI)与CVD的研究进展进行综述.
