目的:通过运用PDCA循环提高重症医学科病案首页填写的正确率.方法:本次研究选取了2018年3月-2018年6月重症医学科的病例60例,按时间顺序分为传统管理对照组和PDCA管理观察组,结果:研究显示,经PDCA管理的病例组,填写正确率明显较传统管理组高,值得临床推广.
