摘要

•The urchin-like TiO2 with rutile crystal structure was obtained under acidic conditions.•When C powder was added, the rutile TiO2 changed to rutile and anatase diphase.•The molar ratio of CH4 of C/Ag@TiO2 was 78.3%.•The photocatalytic reaction mechanism was proposed.
