摘要
Water pollution with toxic heavy metals or antibiotics poses significant safety risks to human survival and health. Luminescent metal-organic frameworks (LMOFs) as sensors can efficiently detect the above contaminants. Herein, a new 2D (two-dimensional) Cd-LMOF LCU-125 (LCU = Liaocheng University) has been fabricated by introducing rich amide active functional sites to serve as a multi-responsive luminescent sensor. As expected, LCU-125 can selective and sensitive sensing Fe3+, Cr2O72-and OTC (oxytetracycline) by quenching effect both in water and HEPES biological buffer solution. Notably, the detection limits (LODs) of Fe3+, Cr2O72-and OTC are as low as 0.0441/0.0084, 0.0849/1.38, and 1.46 & mu;M (OTC in HEPES buffer), respectively. Moreover, a weak interaction quenching mechanism is proposed based on multiple experimental evidences.
