Successful management of multiple liver metastasis from gastric cancer with second conversion surgery: A case report

•Our patient was diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer and early esophageal cancer.•Liver metastasis was confirmed after first-line chemotherapy.•The patient received nab-paclitaxel plus ramucirumab as second-line chemotherapy.•Conversion surgery was performed after third-line chemotherapy with nivolumab.•Liver metastases did not appear after the second conversion surgery.
