摘要
•NKT cells number and CD1d expression were both increased in hearts and blood in WT mice after LPS treatment.•CD1dko accelerated LPS induced sepsis-induced-cardiomyopathy (SIC).•These effects were partially associated with accumulation of T lymphocytes and the up-regulation of IL-6 protein levels.
