Abstract

为了揭示NaOH处理打破紫椴种子休眠的效果,测定了NaOH处理后紫椴种子层积过程中内源激素含量的变化.结果表明:打破休眠期间,NaO H处理后ABA含量不断下降,IAA在打破休眠初期急剧上升,GA含量也不断上升;GA/ABA比值表现为一直上升,IAA/ABA比值在打破休眠初期也呈大幅上升.说明NaO H处理促进了紫椴种子打破休眠过程中期间内源激素反应的速度.
