CONCLUSIONThis is an interesting case of RPLS in a patient with a recent diagnosis of granulomatosis with polyangiitis.Since there were no signs of disease activity or opportunistic infections, we found cyclophosphamide to be the most probable cause of RPLS in our patient, despite few previous reports on this association.
