Abstract
The fundamental quest for food safety and security fit for consumption cannot be underscore. Cinnamon has been known to possess wide variety of biological activities. We evaluated the phenolic and cytotoxity of C. impressicostatum as a potential additive to food to increase the shelf life and to prevent bacterial food infection.
