Maxillary Full Arch Intrusion Using Temporary Skeletal Anchorage Devices for Nonsurgical Management of Excessive Gingival Display

•Treatment of excessive gingival display by intrusion when orthognathic surgery was refused.•The use of TSAD’s allowed dental intrusion not traditionally feasible with fixed appliances alone.•The extent of intrusion was limited by root resorption which was stable over 3 years after treatment.
