A pH/ATP-responsive nanomedicine via disrupting multipath homeostasis of ferroptosis for enhanced cancer therapy

•The pH/ATP unlocked-Met/RSL3@ZIF90@Fe-TA is prepared via encapsulation method.•Met/RSL3@ZIF90@Fe-TA can release iron ion to can promoter the accumulation of LPO.•Met/RSL3@ZIF90@Fe-TA can down-regulate GPX4 and SLC7A11, upregulate p53.•This study offers new insight in developing new uses of old drugs in the future.
