Tetramycins C-E, three new tetraene macrolides from Streptomyces ahygroscopicus Z117

Tetramycins C-E, three new tetraene macrolides were obtained from a soil-derived Streptomyces ahygro-scopicus Z117, along with tetramycins A and B. The structures of the new compounds were identified by cumulative analyses of HRMS and 1D-, 2D-NMR as well as by data comparison with tetramycins A and B.
