Estimation of Tolerance Limits of Inorganic Quenchers on LED Fluorimetric Determination of Uranium

This study reports the tolerance limits of a few inorganic quenchers on uranium fluorescence in presence of five different fluorescence enhancing reagents (FER) used in fluorimetric technique with LED (405 nm) as the excitation source. Fluorescence enhancing capacities of five different phosphate based reagents are compared. A 2 °C rise in temperature quenches the U fluorescence by 5
