Industrial multi-link collaborative data sharing method based on blockchain

With the deep and comprehensive integration of the new generation of information technology and industrial systems, the volume of industrial data has shown an explosive growth trend, but it has always been constrained by problems such as isolation, dispersion, and closure. Our industrial data interaction often faces problems such as tampering data easily, lack of trust between shared subjects, and difficulty in data understanding and analysis. This paper studies the data integration and sharing method based on blockchain infrastructure, establishes a unified data sharing framework for multi-industry, multi-system parallel cooperation, and proposes a metadata model for collaborative sharing of identification data, including model establishment methods and the way in data chain. Through the extensible metadata model and core data dictionary, the difference of multi-source heterogeneous data is reduced, which will promote the interconnection and integration of industrial objects in multi-link data such as R&D design, production and manufacturing, and operation management. Finally, an application case study of multi-system collaboration in the process of industrial production and assembly is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The data is stored on the blockchain infrastructure, which completes the efficient analytical query of the data, provides the rapid matching of multi-system intelligent management and control, realizes the data sharing and interworking of multi-system and multi-agent information, and ensures the data authenticity.
