摘要
•The innovation of this study has the following two points. Firstly, we reported for the first time the relationship between the HIF-1α/STAT3/IL-6 pathway in renal tubular epithelial cells and the activation of renal fibroblasts into MFs. Secondly, EGb can effectively improve CDDP-induced RIF by down-regulating the HIF-1α/STAT3/IL-6 pathway in renal tubular epithelial cells and inhibiting the activation of renal fibroblasts into MFs.
