Theoretical research and simulation of GaAs nanowire arrays in reflection-type photon-enhanced thermionic emission solar converters

摘要
A reflection-type photon-enhanced thermionic emission (PETE) solar converter model using GaAs nanowire arrays as cathode was established. The three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (3D FDTD) method was combined to design the structure of the nanowire arrays, and the conversion efficiency of PETE solar converters reached 23.07%.
