摘要
•Antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) are observed in patients with COVID-19; however, their significance is unclear.•We studied people tested for SARS-CoV-2 (March-July 2020) at an academic hospital.•More people with COVID-19 had aPLs compared with those who tested negative.•Some aPLs were associated with kidney injury, requiring a ventilator, and blood clots.
