Abstract
该文旨在研究复方止泻胶囊的体外和体外抑菌作用.通过牛津杯试验抑菌试验﹑ 药物MIC测定和体内抑菌试验,对复方止泻胶囊进行初步药效学研究.结果表明,通过牛津杯法测出1000mg/mL复方止泻胶囊对沙门氏菌的抑菌圈直径达17.98mm,属于重度敏感;试管二倍连续稀释法测出最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为12.5mg/mL;体内抑菌试验也有较高的存活率,达到70％左右.结论:复方止泻胶囊具有良好的抑菌作用.
