渤海A油田为中海油"七年行动计划"首个重点产能建设项目.明化镇地层大段泥岩胶结程度低,易水化膨胀,倒划眼期间频繁阻卡;东营组地层火成岩较为发育,凝灰岩等夹层压实程度低,易剥落掉块.对使用的改进型PEC钻井液体系进行深入分析,通过向钻井液中加入适宜的KCl提高其抑制性,并达到稳定井壁目的,降低钻井复杂情况的发生概率,实现提速提效.
