Abstract
碳达峰和碳中和是当今全球的热点议题,欧洲作为世界低碳理念的先行者、引领者,欧洲跨国企业在欧盟政策影响下低碳发展是其必经之路;中国政府正积极投身"碳中和行动",2020年发布了"碳达峰碳中和3060"计划.以欧洲跨国企业在中国的实践和看待低碳的视角,论述了其自身在华发展低碳事业的必然性,分析了目前欧洲企业在华低碳发展的主要障碍,并提出了一系列措施建议及解决方案,为欧洲企业在华低碳发展提供相应的建议.
