摘要
•One-step MOF-templated strategy to fabrication of ZnIn2S4-In2S3 hollow hierarchical nanotubes.•The photocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance was 5.01 mmol h−1 g−1 and a high AQY of 16.23 % at 420 nm.•The synergistic effect of hollow structure and heterojunction boosted the separation and transport of charge carriers.
