摘要

•TOLEDs with Al/MoNx anodes with different growth time of MoNx films have been prepared.•Al/MoNx anodes show high optical reflectivity and good electrical conductivity.•Al/MoNx (8 s) shows higher work function than that of ITO.•TOLEDs with Al/MoNx (8 s) exhibit better device performance than BOLEDs with ITO anodes.
