摘要

•The fluorescence characteristic bands of HA and BGP in mixture solution are overlapped.•Homo-2D and hetero-2D UV–visible-fluorescence correlation spectral feature of HA and BGP in mixture solution were studied.•The fluorescence of BGP was quenched by the interaction between HA and BGP in mixture solution.•The overlapping bands of BGP and HA in mixture solution were extracted by 2D-COS.
