Infantile bullous pemphigoid (IBP) is an extremely rare autoimmune bullous disease that, in certain cases, emerges following various vaccinations.1-4 The treatment of IBP primarily relies on corticosteroids, but dapsone and intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG) are also used in refractory cases.5,6 In the following report, we present the first case of IBP treated successfully with cyclosporine as a monotherapy.
