摘要
Non-invasive monitoring of daily blood glucose has become mainstream today, and optical techniques have shown great potential. However, the error, the calibration coefficient, the sensitivity, and the stability of the device are still significant challenges. In this research, the authors present about improvement in the accuracy of LED devices that have to use InGaAs materials to measure non-invasive blood glucose levels based on finger photoplethysmography using near-infrared (IR). The accuracy of measurement equipment was evaluated via the error (%) criterion, by comparison, the difference between the measurement results of the proposed design with the commercial equipment on the same volunteer at two measuring times. The obtained results were positively in line with the commercial one while being much more affordable; thus, it can be widely used in the manufacture of applied devices in the future, reducing product costs to be suitable for low-income countries.
