摘要
Drosophila suzukii (Matsumura), and Zaprionus indianus (Gupta), Diptera: Drosophilidae, are invasive pests of worldwide economic importance; both species have been captured in regions with no crop hosts (at least no presence of them observed near the monitoring regions) in three Mexican states. The traps were baited with a commercial attractant (Z-kinol) in synergy with a ripe banana fermented with yeast. The distribution and the economic impact of both species in these states are unknown because there are no records that relate them to possible host fruits in these regions.
