摘要
•Sputum and aspirated secretions were obtained from COPD patients.•PEGylated mSLNs penetrated porcine gastric mucus (PGM) > Sputum > Aspirated secretions.•Elastic moduli followed a definite trend: PGM > Aspirated secretions ≥ Sputum.•The magnetic field increased mSLNs interaction with primary airway epithelial cells.
