Fast-printed laser-induced-graphene pattern enabling directional thermal manipulation

摘要
•Laser-induced graphene, a new material with broad application prospects, was applied to thermal meta-devices.•The laser-induced graphene based thermal meta-devices solve the impractical and inefficient fabrication of thermal meta-devices, tune their effective thermal conductive by varying laser power or scanning speed.•Laser-induced graphene based thermal cloak exhibits a gradient as low as 0.18 K/mm in the center of the cloak with a thermal conductive of 8.96 W m−1 K−1.•The laser-induced graphene based thermal meta-devices exhibit flexibility, high precision, and fast-printed fabrication.
