Study on spectral imaging technology based on adjustable filter

Multi-spectral images can not only obtain two-dimensional spatial information, but also obtain multiple spectral information. The combination of spatial information and spectral information greatly improves the accuracy of target detection, and has been widely used in geological disaster assessment, crop and environmental monitoring, and map mapping. The existing spectral cameras have the defects of fixed available band, complex structure, large size and high cost. In order to meet the market's urgent demand for the miniaturization and diversification of spectral cameras, a spectral imaging technology based on adjustable filter is proposed in this paper. By placing a exchangeable band pass filter in front of a black and white common camera, high resolution spectral images can be obtained without changing the camera body to meet the needs of different users. According to the basic theory of optical thin film and the Essential Macleod film system design software, the membrane system design and simulation analysis are carried out. The bandpass filter is fabricated on OZZSQ900 box vacuum coating machine and the results meet the requirements of the system. The design scheme of system software development is given. This research has important practical significance and engineering value. This study has important practical significance and engineering value.
