摘要
Objective: To investigate the effect of a Danhong injection on the calcium and zinc contents of the serum, callus and bone tissue of patients with fractures and the time for fracture healing. Methods: In this study, 130 patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into a treatment group (65 cases) and control group (65 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with antiinflammatories, detumescence and surgical fixation. The patients in the treatment group were treated with a Danhong injection in addition to the treatment for the control group. After treatment, the degree of fracture healing, the calcium (CA) and zinc (Zn) contents in the serum, callus and bone tissue, the time of fracture healing and the length of hospitalisation were compared and analysed. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Immediately after treatment, both groups??? serum calcium content was significantly lower than that before treatment, with a greater reduction for the treatment group than that of the control group (P<0.05). Then, the serum calcium content of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group at six days after treatment (P<0.05). Immediately after treatment, the level of serum zinc in the control group was at a lower level than that of the treatment group (P<0.05). Though the level of serum zinc in the treatment group decreased significantly at 12 days after treatment (P<0.05), it was significantly higher than that of the control group at three and six days after treatment (P<0.05). The calcium and zinc contents in the callus of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group on all days of measurement (P<0.05). The calcium content in the bone tissue of both groups was significantly lower than that pre-treatment (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the treatment and control groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant change in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the fracture healing time and hospitalisation length for the treatment group were significantly shorter than those for the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: A Danhong injection can improve the degree of fracture healing, increase the calcium and zinc contents in the serum and callus, reduce the zinc content in the bone tissue and improve the speed of fracture healing, which make it worthy of clinical application.
