The clinical significance of type 2 endoleaks (T2ELs) remains controversial. Specifically, real-world incidence, need for reintervention, and associated mortality referable to T2EL remains unknown. The purpose of this analysis was to quantify the prevalence of early T2EL and determine its association with reintervention and survival.
