199例慢性荨麻疹患者兼夹体质类型的分布与演变规律

Abstract
目的:探讨慢性荨麻疹患者兼夹体质类型的分布情况及演变规律.方法:用中医传承辅助软件v2.5对199例患者的兼夹体质状况进行分析.结果:慢性荨麻疹以2～4种偏颇体质兼夹为主,以"阳虚-气虚质"为主要兼夹体质类型;而其它偏颇体质能进一步增加发展为兼夹阳虚质或兼夹气虚质的几率.结论:慢性荨麻疹兼夹体质类型复杂多变,各偏颇体质间存在内在联系,相互影响和促进;应充分重视阳虚质、气虚质在慢性荨麻疹发病中的作用.
