Abstract
以法兰-螺栓-垫片组成的螺栓法兰连接系统为研究对象,利用ABAQUS软件构建该模型中的连接件整体和各个部件,进行不同工况下,垫片有无缺陷时螺栓法兰连接系统紧密性的应力及接触分析.结果表明:螺栓预紧力、介质内压和外加弯矩载荷都会对螺栓法兰连接的密封性产生影响;当垫片存在缺陷时,缺陷的尺寸和存在的位置会改变垫片接触应力的分布,缺陷深度越大,密封效果越差.
