茶树原产于云贵高原,具有喜温、喜湿、不耐寒、不耐旱的特点.当空气温度突然下降,地表温度骤降到0℃以下时,茶叶易受到损害甚至死亡,这种现象称为霜冻.霜冻在秋、冬、春三季都会出现,每年秋季第一次出现的霜冻叫初霜冻,次年春季最后一次出现的霜冻叫终霜冻,初、终霜冻对茶树的影响都较大,并且晚霜对茶树的影响更大.在生产上可通过以下几种方法预防霜冻.
