Abstract
研究了以粉煤灰为背层粉料、硅酸乙酯为粘结剂、煤矸砂为砂料的熔模铸造工艺.对涂料粘度、悬浮性、凝固时间以及型壳强度等性能进行了测试,得出了涂料粉液比和催化剂对涂料性能的影响规律,优化了涂料配比.试验证明,粉煤灰作为熔模铸造背层材料是可行的.
