Two-Photon Excitation Fluorescence Microscopy of Rat Elastin Fiber In Vivo

摘要
The paper presents the results of two-photon excitation fluorescence microscopy of rat elastin fiber in vivo. It is shown that in approximating the fluorescence attenuation curve by the two-exponential model, the certain parameters of human and rat elastin fibers have similar distribution.
