P315. EEG-Derived Microstates in Major Depressive Disorder: Effects of Concurrent Anxiety Symptoms
Biological psychiatry(2022)
摘要
Using electroencephalography (EEG), we are able to view the configuration of the electrical field over the cortex. Commonly occurring configurations are referred to as microstates, and abnormalities in these microstates can give insight into the functional dynamics of brain networks. Recent reports suggest individuals with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) display increased parameters of microstate classes A and B and decreased parameters of microstate classes C and D, as well as transitional abnormalities between each microstate class.
