A Novel Data Security for Hospital Records Management Using Internet of Things

In this modern world, each and every records need to be in digital format as well as expected to be preserved in a remote server for global accessing. The logic of Internet of Things (IoT) and the associated Cloud based server systems are helpful to attain such needs in fine manner. The most important consideration to preserve the data into the server end is security, in which the data maintained into the server ensures the integrity at robust level. This only assures the patient, respective authorities and the associated doctors to feel the data is safe and secure into the server environment. In the field of hospital and medicine, much more concern is required to preserve the data or patient health records into a server with proper level of security constraints. This paper is intended to design a new cryptographic algorithm called Global Security Enhancement Scheme (GSES), in which it is derived from the conventional cryptographic algorithm called Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The conventional AES algorithm logic is modified with the help of cipher key manipulation logic, in which the user personal information is taken into consideration to generate a key accordingly. So that the key cannot be guessed or manipulated with the help of any relevant robotic activities. Through this way the medical related health data is preserved into the cloud server in proper manner. The logic of Internet of Things is used to accumulate the health data from the real-time environment and transfer it to the server end using internet enabled services. In the hospital environment two separate sensors are used to accumulate the patient health records such as Heartbeat Monitoring Sensor and the Body Temperature Sensor. These two sensors are providing the present health information of the patients and summarize it into the server end in clear way using IoTenabledservices. The proposed cipher logic called Global Security Enhancement Scheme encrypts the data by means of 512 bit key crypto logic and send it to the server unit. The server end provides the provision to the users to view the health information by means of systematic decrypting provisions using decipher logic. Proper access control logic is required to authenticate into the hospital record monitoring portal as well as view the records in proper way. These provisions are significant enough to preserve the health records in server environment in safe manner and the resulting section graphical perceptions shows the proof for it.
