Determination of Amino Acids in Phyllanthus Emblica L.by High Performance Liquid Chromtography

A method for determination of amino acids in phyllanthus emblica L.by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with fluores- cence was developed.HPLC was performed on a ZORBAX Eclipse AAA column(4.6×150mm,5μm).more than 16 amino acids were separated within 25min by using pre-colurnn derivatization with O-phthalsldehyde and a multi-step gradient with two solvents.The method is fast、sensi- tive、accurate and has a linear range from 20-400pmol/μL.
