Correlation of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging and prognostic factors in breast cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinicians(2012)
摘要
Objective To investigate the correlation between apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC),relative apparent diffusion coefficient(rADC)and pathological prognostic factor Her-2 in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 64 women with breast cancer underwent breast DWI sequence. The Her-2 expression condition of histological specimens were detected.ADC,rADC values for breast cancer group and normal control group underwent test respectively.Correlations between ADC,rADC values and Her-2 were determined using test. Results The ADC value,rADC value of breast cancer group were(1.1495±0.1499)×10-3 mm2/s,0.6602±0.0853 respectively. The ADC value,rADC value of normal group were(1.7658±0.1520)×10-3 mm2/s,1.0782±0.1278 respectively. The differences of ADC values,rADC values between the two groups were statistically significant. There was no correlation of the ADC value with Her-2 expression in breast cancer(P=0.923).However there was a significant correlation of the rADC value with Her-2 expression in breast cancer(r=-0.508,P=0.043).Conclusions rADC value eliminate the individual differences to some extent. Therefore, compared with ADC value, there is a better correlation between rADC value and Her-2.
