Abstract
The total selenium and copper content of tea in Enshi and other deposits were determinated by the hydride generator and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results show that the selenium content of tea in Enshi higher than in the other deposits,the highest selenium content up to 1.7755 mg /kg.the copper content of tea detected in the 25~45 mg /kg between.The method is simple,reliable,fast and good precision,The minimum detection limit of selenium is 1.8 μg /ml,the minimum detection limit of copper is 0.01 μg /ml.
