A Broadband Transmitter MMIC for W-Band Communication Application

摘要

In this paper, a W-band Transmitter MMIC with 0.10um GaAs pHEMT technology from Win semiconductors is proposed. Measurement results show that the conversion gain of the proposed transmitter is around 2dB, the output power is more than 5dBm from 85GHz to 108GHz. The chip also occupies a compact size of 2mm×2.5mm, indicating that it has great potential in wireless applications.
