Early Clinical Results of the Clover Technique for Severe Functional Tricuspid Regurgitation Associated with Leaflet Tethering

Objective: Severe functional tricuspid regurgitation (FTR) associated with leaflet tethering is a challenging surgical problem because of high rate of residual or recurrent tricuspid regurgitation after ring annuloplasty alone. The aim of this study is to evaluate early clinical results after the clover technique with ring annuloplasty for severe functional tricuspid regurgitation associated with leaflet tethering.
