Abstract
落枕可由劳累、扭伤和外感受邪等原因引起,造成局部气血壅滞,不通则痛.通则不痛,临床针灸治疗落枕常选用局部穴位或循行所过之经脉穴位(多为阳经)来通经活络、调理气血,而笔者通过研究发现,治疗心胸胃部疾病的主穴内关,在临床上治疗落枕有着独特优势,且疗效显著.
